In February of this year, we first announced Nova - a major planned update marking the next evolution of the ClubRunner platform. From that moment, your support and enthusiasm has fueled our journey. Through all the feedback we have heard from you, collaborative webinars and even sandbox testing, we’ve been able to bring Nova to life.

Revamped Navigation and Look: A fresh, intuitive interface that's easy to use across devices.
Organized Member Data: We've combined contacts and member data into one single source, eliminated siloed records, making data management simpler.
Updated Email Message Center: A more streamlined way to manage recipient lists, with options to copy individuals and exclude lists effortlessly.
Modernized Financials: Get a clear overview of all transactions on a member or contact profile, filter and export data, and create ad-hoc invoices.
Improved Reporting: Access dynamic reports that offer more than just membership data for deeper insights.

Ready to make the switch?
If you've explored our sandbox site and are ready to dive into Nova, you can now sign up to transition! Please note that this initial phase of Nova's rollout is currently available only to clubs meeting the criteria outlined below.
Getting started and important notes
At this stage, only clubs that meet the following criteria are eligible to switch to Nova:
Your club's primary language is English.
If you process online payments, your club must use one of the following providers: Paya, Worldline, Stripe, or PayPal.
Your account currency must be supported by the payment providers listed above.
If your club uses the Dues and Billing module to charge taxes, please note that taxes are not yet supported in Nova.
Clubs using zero decimal currencies, such as Japanese Yen or Ugandan Shilling, are not eligible to switch to Nova at this time.
If your club has duplicate emails for any profile type, our team will work closely with you during the conversion process, as Nova does require unique emails.
Important Reminder: Once your club transitions to Nova, the switch is permanent, and it will not be possible to revert to the previous interface.
