A bounce back report is a delivery status notification email informing the sender of the message about a problem with the delivery of their message.

This report will show the sender the date the email was sent, the number of emails undelivered and the list of members who did not receive the email. This includes their full name along with email address.

The bounce back report is generated and emailed automatically to the sender within a few hours after the email has been sent.
